Quiet hotel, affable and amicable staff, beautiful location in the center of the action. Units with all necessary things. Location close to the old town, which is hide many unique places, a lovely local restaurant where the staff are simply wonderful and friendly, and Croatia👌

The comfortable room was sparkling clean and had all the essentials, while the hotel's proximity to the Old Town and beaches made it convenient for exploring and relaxing.

Located just in the centre of Trogir in a well maintaned tipical stone house. Not too noisy (except for the church bells which are a constant background sound in the all city centre). The town is well worth a visit and the hotel offers all what you need for a few days stay. The reception is in a travel agency close to the sea but it is only a very short walk away. The all city centre is closed to car traffic but you get free parking quite close to the centre. You have just to organize yourself at check-in and check-out if you have heavy luggages.

We are very pleased with our stay in Villa Ivanka. Perfect location to feel the spirit of the old town Trogir, very clean and tidy sheets and towels, all facilities in place to prepare smth to eat, although there are a lot of lovely cafes and small restaurants that offer excellent food. We were offered free parking also. The staff of Tourist Agency Kaios that offers the apartment was extremely polite, helpful and cooperative.

I liked a lot my stay at Villa Ivanka. The rooms are very nice, clean, tidy and quiet; the hotel staff is always kind and available. The hotel is in the centre of the medieval town, so you can go easily everywhere. Close to the hotel, there are a lot of shops and good and cheap restaurant where you can taste typical Dalmatian food; the bus station is just ten minutes walking. It was a perfect holiday, I think I will repeat the experience!!!

The location was great, although the old town of trogir is so small that any hotel there is a good location. It was clean and fairly modern looking considering its an old historic town. There is no staff on site. You have to go to a travel agency to pick up keys, but it's really close to the hotel so no dramas. Cost was reasonable . There is a daily market and lots of shops. Touristy place.

The villas proximity to airport suited us as we were in transit and needed overnight accommodation. Villa was clean and tidy and met most of our needs and provided an excellent base for our day in Trogir to take in the sites and enjoy the abundance of culinary delights . Had been personally escorted to Villa by an agency staffer who was well informed and provided us with insight to the area. Provision of an iron on premises would have been a bonus.
having to park our rental car in an unsecure zone with all our luggage within as no parking is available with close proximity and carting of luggage would have been difficult given position of the villa

Stayed at this hotel recently and it was a great experience! the location was spot on - right in the center of the old town. It made exploring so convenient and we were in the heart of all the action. Secondly, the staff was very helpful and attentive, making sure we had all the basic amenities we needed in our room. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delightful, with a good variety of options to choose from. One detail we appreciated was the attention to detail in the room's decor, everything seemed newly refurbished and it showed the hotel's commitment to a pleasant stay.
All in all, everything was fine and I couldn't really find any major flaws.

Second time at Villa Ivanka, even better now with free WiFi and flat screen TV. Trogir is even nicer in December.
Breakfast service would be a great plus and they promised to have it next summer on a small square in front of the villa.
